Russia and Belarus Argue over BRIC

* From a CTV Report

The Investigative Committee of Belarus has detained and indicted "BRIC" CEO Vladislav Baumgertner. This is related with the scam on the redistribution of the world potash market and huge financial losses on the Belarusian side.

However, once a friendly company "Uralkali" is now more associated with the tycoon Suleiman Kerimov. Russian bloggers jokingly calls his business is not "Uralkali" and "Ukralkaly."

The Investigative Committee expressed willingness to declare an international arrest warrant. Known not only for adventures with beautiful women and possession of FC "Anji", but the numerous allegations of raider attacks business. And now, it seems that the accused party wants to introduce potash business as a political, not economic.

On the week, the Russian business bartenders offered Belarusians try a new cocktail. To prepare the needed decent potassium salt brought from Soligorsk mines and oil, by the way, the one that flows into the oil pipeline "Druzhba".

Why this mix was in the glass, now becomes clear. Let's start with potassium. More precisely, "Belaruskali" and "BRIC". Since 2005, the two companies agreed to jointly promote their product, ie fertilizers, to the world markets through a single trader - "BPC". The next 5 years, international experts have dubbed it the "Golden Age of salt." But in 2010, when the tycoon Suleiman Kerimov became a shareholder in the "BRIC", problem started among the partners. depths of the blue-eyed, of course, no one.

Delyagin, director of the Institute of Globalization (Russia)

I know the course of action and behavior of Russian oligarchic structures. So, what happens to the "BPC"?

Dmitry Kharitonchik, deputy head of sales "BPC":

Requests came from Russia by Russian consumers for the supply of potash fertilizers, we were forced to respond to these requests within our pricing policies established by management BPC. Naturally, these specific sales inquiries ended in a very significant number of cases.

Dmitry Prohotsky, acting Deputy General Director for Commerce and logistics of "Belaruskali":

Russian management conducted a policy of containment of Belarusian Potash supply to Russian market. Although we have seen that the interest among Russian consumers to our product is.

Valery Polkhovskiy, a financial analyst:

A ktsii BRIC fluctuated between 220-240 rubles. Since early July, began to fall closer to the middle of July, the fall accelerated and reached the level of 160 rubles, a decline of around 25%.

Cyril Benedictine, a political scientist (Russia):

The plan is likely to was this: the market from falling to weaken the position of "Belaruskali" on the world market and to put forward an ultimatum to the leadership of Belarus. And then buy "Belaruskali" at a low price. In Russian conditions, such plans tend to fail - it's such a civilized form of hostile takeover. But here Belarusians made their move. Obviously, the oligarchic attack on the Belarusian potash market was repelled and repulsed successfully.

It turns out that in a cocktail of Russian business bartenders mixed up a lot more than just potassium and oil. Greed alone, cunning and other losses for the third, fourth, fifth ... In addition, the text of the recipe every day adds new and often illegal ingredients.

Fanatic Terrorism: Muzzafarnagar Massacre, India

A Little Girl Injured in Muzzafarnagar Riot

By Dr. Abdul Ruff

Massacre of Muslims in Muzzafarnagar by majority Hindus backed by authorities is not the first of kits kind in secular India; Nor is it the last tragedy  to  befall on  ill-fated Muslims in this country. Indian Muslims are born here to get terrorized, and killed and also punished for nothing- only to make Hindus happy.

Communal violence remains the main stream politics  to strengthen vote banks and Muslims are the target of  these essentially state sponsored attacks on  hapless Muslims living  in India at the mercy of Hindus and their leaders and regime.

When partition took place Muslims who now live in India chose to remain in India on the assurances given by Congress party  and regime that their lives and interests would be protected. But  are they keeping their word?

Muslims are not even treated as let legitimate  humans with dignity. USA has given special power to India to treat Muslims in India and Kashmir as it sees fit. All that Americans want is Indian money and tax support.

When the Muslims  ask even  their little sons to  promote the Hindu prestige in all possible ways that amounts to  defaming of Islam that only shows how shabbily  the Muslims are placed in India.

India just tolerates Muslims but  that  Muslims can feel safe here.

India helps only those Muslims that  are 100% loyal to the ruling party and promote Hinduism and Hindutva policies of the state.

Muslims in India are being controlled by the regime , media and politicians. They are being terrorized by the regime and its various agencies supported by judiciary and media.

Ill-fate of Indian Muslims is of their own making by playing willingly into the dirty hands of politicians and now they position is reduced to vote bank material.

Because of slavery behavior of Indian Muslims the Muslims in India occupied Jammu Kashmir are also suffering under the brute forces of military and intelligence.

Indian Muslims must realize  that India is an aggressive Hindutva nation with a fake democracy  facade  to fool the world

Indian Muslims and their political leader fools should know that Indian state and regional government  promote Hindutva forces and Hinduism indoors and abroad and any attempt by Muslims to  obtain any equality or  some respect would be dealt with sternly by the  state and its judiciary/

It is time Muslims in India realized the hard truth about their own plight in a Hindu nation. They must stop misusing religion and mosques for Hindu party politics and Indian sports and entertainments,

Indian Muslims need not promote all anti-Muslim nonsense being promoted by the state, media and sport mafia ! They should promote Islam and Islamic way of life  instead of asking their boys to   do nasty things to help India win in sports and cricket by mischief .

They should pray in mosques for protection of Muslims and mosques from the onslaught by the state-media-intelligence-police and military  networks. Imam should give up hidden prayers meant to help anti-Islamic forces.  Imams should know Abdul Nassar Madani's crude fate at the fascist hands of Indian state for years now can  reach them as well- if not here  at-least in the life hereafter.

Congress and other  parties pretend to be supporting  their  ill-fated Muslims while the Hindutva forces attack them in open for Hindu votes. But they  are mischievous people -crooks .

These parties also host or fund some Muslim media portals only to promote their political  cause and do not help Muslims.

Otherwise,  the state and politicians would continue to use them as mere vote bank stuff on payment basis.

World therefore care a damn for the pathetic plight of Indian Muslims.

Today's world is deadly anti-Islamic as US led NATO rogue states and Israel keep killing Muslims calling them as terrorists.

Indian Muslims are born to suffer !

Will God help them when they want political and money protection and don't seek God's protection?

The issue here is very serious one. These so-called Muslims do not actually believe in Islam  do not believe in the "hereafter life", all that they know is they will also die like others  do and  after death there is nothing more, except burial.  Is it the Islamic faith?

Every religion believes in life after death. But Muslims are supposed to fear God alone! Is that happening?

Islam is not merely a set of formalities and rituals for favors from the important persons or regime. ,

No Indian looks like a real Muslim committed to Islam but most them  have a dramatically  hypocritical Arab face

By playing second fiddle to politicians, Muslims in India have preferred to be semi-slaves of majority fanatics. Islam is not their concern but they place political parties above Islam and God.  That is the reason why Muslims in India have lost human honor and self-prestige.

The  cold murders of Muslims in Uttarpradesh where Babri Mosque is situated is the  result of wrong  slavery attitude of Indian Muslims to politicians, existing only to serve their cause and get some coins .

No point in wasting crocodile tears on the Islamic genocides by Hindus in Muzzafarnagar or any where in India.

Syria Crisis: Is Religion Behind the International Apathy?

Houla Massacre in Syria: Children Gassed to Death

BY DR. ABDUL RUFF

As they used to play this during the so-called Cold War, former super powers, Russia and USA continue their competitive efforts to enhance their global influence by fueling the crises in regions- now in Syria where an adamant president Assad refuses to step down or announce polls for a new president. As part of the so-called Arab Spring, Syria is also being destabilized by the west backed   rebel demonstrators being used against the president.

All efforts by USA and its NATO members have failed to invade Syria owing to consistent opposition from Russia and China using their veto, but the situation in Syria has become too complicated as Sunni Arabs still pursue the ouster or murder of Assad.

Explosions continue to rock Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan - all still occupied by foreign forces led by the Pentagon. Syria suffers  too because of western  mischief against lslam.

USA and Russia seem to have agreed on the need to convene a long-delayed Syrian peace conference in Geneva as soon as possible, but they, as usual, offered no concrete plan to bring the warring government and rebels to the table.
Moscow and Washington have been trying since May to organize an international peace conference to bring an end to the violence in Syria that has killed some 100,000 people in two years. But hopes that it can take place soon are fading quickly.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said much of his meeting with his US counterpart John Kerry was devoted to Syria and both men agreed they needed to convene a so-called Geneva 2 conference "as soon as possible. He told reporters after five hours of political and security meetings in Washington that officials from the two countries will meet again by the end of the month to prepare for the Syria talks.  "John Kerry assured me that the opposition would be persuaded to come to Geneva without any preconditions on the basis of reaching agreement with the government," said Lavrov.

Russia claims to have already won the agreement of its ally the Syrian government to send a delegation to Geneva without any preconditions.
Kerry opened Friday's meeting saying that while Washington and Moscow differ on aspects of the Syria crisis, "both of us and our countries agree that to avoid institutional collapse and descent into chaos, the ultimate answer is a negotiated political solution." Lavrov in his opening remarks said they agreed to do everything they could to meet the goal they had set to unify the Syrian government and opposition - and "force terrorists out of Syria."

A U.S. official said Washington was working closely with the Syrian opposition but the onus was on Damascus."The test is not whether the Syrian government will come to Geneva …the test is whether the Syrian government will come to Geneva prepared to negotiate the transition of full executive powers to a transitional governing body."

Kerry and Lavrov originally announced that they would try to hold the conference, which is intended to bring rebels and representatives of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's government to the negotiating table, by the end of May. But the date keeps slipping partly because the rebels are split and cannot decide who should represent them. First the talks were bumped to June, then July.
The point of the conference was to revive a plan adopted last year in Geneva. At that time, Washington and Moscow agreed on the need for a transitional Syrian government, but left open the question of whether Assad could participate in the process.

Modalities needed for talk have become the stumbling block. The USA, like the Syrian rebels, says Assad and his family should play no role in a transitional government, though Russia says there should be no conditions on the talks.
Besides, both Lavrov and Kerry acknowledged their sharp differences over former U.S. spy contractor Edward Snowden and other issues going into the so-called "2+2" talks, the first such top-level meeting since 2008. The Snowden affair and the cancellation of the summit have taken U.S.-Russian relations to one of their lowest points since the Cold War and Obama will have done little to ease the mood by saying that the Russian president can sometimes appear "like a bored kid in the back of the classroom."

Notes
West is the problem for Mideast. They want to kill all strong leaders in Arab world one by one and create puppets to advance US interests. They are inciting violence in Syria by misusing the rebels.  They neither kill or remove Assad nor let him rule so that Syria returns to normalcy.

In fact the enemies of Islam do not wish any peace in Islamic world.
The Lavrov-Kerry talks took place despite US President Barack Obama's decision to cancel a summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin following Moscow's decision to grant temporary asylum to Snowden.

The big problem is the US being tardy to the party. After two years of civil war the Radical Islamic groups have entrenched themselves in the resistance so far that none  has any clue at this point as to who would be an ally to the US and who would not. Some comments made by Americans wanting Pentagon to take over the world by military force and control world resources by force with agents recruited from across the globe: Please politicians, over one billion dollars has been sent to the Syrian Rebels. That is money earned by the American workers and sent to Syria. Do you Politicians have no shame?

Just like in Egypt where the Muslim Brotherhood that won the polls to cease power has been illegally ousted by the military while the US now stood idly by and watched a second civil war in Egypt in as many years. The USA needs to stop leading from behind by shielding the rebels!

Battlefield gains by Assad have added to questions about when and even whether the talk  will take place. The humanitarian group Oxfam America said it was "cautiously optimistic" about Lavrov's statements, but that it had heard talk of peace talks before. "We have seen similar promises come and go without any noticeable action," no firm date or plans are in place." "Calls for peace must be supported by action and commitment. Otherwise, talk is cheap". U.N.-Arab League peace mediator Lakhdar Brahimi, who held talks with senior U.S. and Russian officials in Geneva, ruled out a peace conference before August.

Many Americans want Obama to take the foreign aid back giving to Egypt and use it to help the poor Americans and repair US infrastructure. Anyone who disagrees with that is no American.

What Happens When UNMIN Exits From Nepal ?

By Divas

UN Under Secretary General for Political Affairs B Lynn Pascoe wrapped up his 40-hours visit to Nepal after talking to more than 40 personalities directly involved in the integration and rehabilitation of Maoist combatants within UNMIN's Jan. 15, 2011 deadline. The visit is significant as an indication of the Security Council's intention to follow closely developments in the Nepal's peace process during the final months of UNMIN. Pascoe will report his findings to the Security Council on Wednesday.  During his earlier visit to Nepal in March, Pascoe had strongly objected to the criticism of UNMIN as unfair and absurd and criticized the present Madhav Kumar Nepal Government and his political allies for blaming the UN mission to “cover up their failures”.

The debate on the fate of Maoist Army has intensified with the Maoist Party’s insistence on integrating the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) guerillas into the National Army, and on the other hand, the opposition Nepali Congress’s  strong reservation over integrating PLA into the National Army. The Terai parties like MJF & TMDP also have strongly objected to what they call “wholesale integration” of the Maoist guerillas into the Army. Similarly, Nepal Army Chief Chatraman Singh Gurung  has reiterated his predecessor Rukmagad Katwal’s Army policy of accepting only those “deemed fit through free competition.”

Tackling the issue of “integration” or “rehabilitation” of around 20,000 UNMIN certified Maoist combatants would be the most daunting task for the political leaders after the peaceful abolition of monarchy and promulgation of republic in Nepal two year’s back. However, some Nepal Army officers claim that “integration” of the guerillas would not be of much concern provided the politicians refrained from attaching their personal egotism with the issue and begin vigorous but informal track-three consultations among the stakeholders.

There is a widespread concern among the commoners that if the UNMIN really exits from Nepal in January 2011 and if the integration issue is not resolved by then, there is a real danger of the issue flaring up into another armed conflict.

An Adoptive Mom’s Plea to United States Government

*Author's Identity Withheld on Request

I am one of the US adoptive parents adopting from Nepal. On August 6th 2010, US suspended inter-country adoption program from Nepal. The wordy and heartbreaking notice posted on US Department of State’s website (http://www.state.gov/r/pa/prs/ps/2010/08/145767.htm) was essentially to tell US citizens who did not receive the referral before August 6th to give up seeking adoptions from Nepal, and ask those parents who received referral before suspension to be prepared for the worst scenario. I am posting my voice here to hope that anyone came across this message to help us fight for the following causes:

First we need to fight for the Nepali orphans to have the right to a forever family.

Second we need to fight for the families that have a referral of a child to get their child home safely and in a timely manner. (We do not wish to see the indefinite delay for the reunion of the 80 families in the pipeline due to the complexity of the structure within the US government, which could mean layers of approval requirements from one office to another).

Third we need to help fight for those families that have submitted dossiers into Nepal Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare but are waiting for a child.

As an adoptive parent, I do want ethical adoptions in Nepal, but I am also hoping that US government is taking into account Nepalese culture and ways of life. When a parent abandons a child in the US do we have to ask why? So why is the US asking Nepal this? Would a Nepali mother tell people in her village that she abandoned her child, would she do it in public, is she shamed how she would be treated in her village....? Is it that the US thinks that the policemen in Nepal are stealing the children? Then we need to investigate if there is such corruption in Nepal, is this common in their culture. If a family has had their child stolen do they not shout out for help in their village? Does the US have a person that has been educated in Nepalese culture to help with these sorts of questions in order to fully understand what is going on with finding orphans with very little information?

We know that US is allowing adoption programs in some other countries that have similar issues. In China adoption program, very few biological parents would step out to admit they abandoned their kids because of the shame and fear of legal sanctions. Most Chinese orphans adopted to US have no information of their biological parents, and just for the record, China is not a country totally innocent of corruption charges… If US government can solve these issues in China’s adoption program and other western countries are able to work with China to carry out a well-organized adoption program, I am confident that they will be able to work out a solution with Nepal government to solve the very similar problems. I am urging Nepal government and US government to keep working together to find a solution for these Nepali orphans as soon as possible.

It is very tragic that these adorable Nepali children may have to remain in orphanages (where they have already lived for one or more years) for the rest of their childhood because the US Department of State is now reviewing each abandonment case on a guilty until proven innocent view instead of an innocent until proven guilty burden. These children who have been abandoned for years living in an orphanage are not going to be given a visa to the US to come and live with their forever family that will provide a safe, loving and nurturing home because their original abandonment cannot be substantially verified. That is, these Children might not have any  opportunity simply                because these mothers/family members/relatives will go to all costs not to be identified due to the Nepalese culture, norms and rules. Doesn't sound reasonable, does it?

I hope that the US government is taking into account these things.

Lastly, I would like to request that you help the orphans and the adoptive families to be joined together as soon as possible. Please advocate for these children now. Hurry, time is of the essence.

Thanks for your time and thanks in advance for your immense support.
